AerolarAviation maintenance, simplified

Software for engineers, not for IT departments

Aviation maintenance software that actually fits in a hangar.

Enterprise MRO platforms are built for airlines with fleet-sized budgets. Aerolar builds the tools an individual aircraft maintenance engineer actually reaches for — on the line, on a tablet, with no Wi-Fi and no patience for a ten-menu-deep interface.

The industry we're actually building for

Enterprise MRO software solved this for airlines. Nobody solved it for the engineer.

AMOS, TRAX, Ultramain, Ramco, CAMP — powerful, and priced and built for a fleet, licensed per seat, configured by someone else's IT department. An individual AME never gets a login. So the real, everyday problems stay unsolved.

On the line

Cross-referencing five manuals under time pressure

AMM for the procedure, IPC for the part, TSM for fault isolation, SRM for structure, MEL/CDL for what can legally fly with a fault deferred — all while the only KPI that matters is "release to service, no delay." Flipping between heavy, siloed documents costs the minutes that separate an on-time departure from an AOG.

On a tablet, in a hangar

Desktop software squeezed onto a screen, not designed for one

Hangars and remote line stations routinely have unreliable or no connectivity — offline isn't a nice-to-have, it's a prerequisite. Most MRO tools weren't built that way, so engineers abandon the tablet rollout within weeks and go back to paper.

Your own career

Rebuilding your logbook every time you change country

Move from CASA to EASA, or EASA to the UK CAA, and the underlying facts of your career — aircraft, task, ATA chapter, date, hours, who signed it off — don't change. Only the paperwork format the next regulator wants does. Engineers end up maintaining separate, disconnected logbooks per authority, or worse, a paper one that gets left in a hangar.

Mission

Simplify the software layer of aviation maintenance — one honest, focused app at a time.

We're not trying to out-build AMOS or replace your operator's compliance system. Aerolar makes the smaller, personal tools that enterprise MRO software was never built to be: fast references for the job in front of you, and a career record that belongs to you, not your employer's seat licence. Built by people who've actually done the work, not a generalist software vendor guessing at the job.

Built for the individual, not the fleet

No enterprise onboarding, no IT department, no per-seat licensing. If you're the one doing the work, the tool is yours.

A tool, not a surveillance system

These apps exist to help you work faster and keep better records for yourself — not to micromanage wrench time for someone else's dashboard.

Record once, use it everywhere

Your career facts shouldn't have to be re-entered every time a new regulator wants them in a different format.

What we've built so far

Two apps. More on the way.

Aerolar Maintaid

A330 line-maintenance quick reference — Alpha Call Up, Cockpit, Antenna & Probe, Load report

A fast, offline-friendly reference built around the actual A330 line-maintenance workflow — ECAM alert lookups, MEL/CDL cross-reference, and the component and system detail an engineer needs mid-task, without digging through a stack of manuals. Try it free for an hour before subscribing.

AME Experience Platform

A career logbook that works across borders

Log your maintenance experience once — aircraft, task, ATA chapter, hours, sign-off — and generate the documentation each authority actually wants, whether that's a CASA RPL submission, an EASA journal of experience, or a UK CAA conversion file. No more rebuilding your logbook from scratch every time you change licences.

Both apps are early releases, in active use and actively improving. More tools for more of the job are on the way.
